SENATE BILL 112

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 11 through 14, strike "CHANGING PURPOSES AND AUTHORIZATIONS FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF SEVERANCE TAX BOND PROCEEDS; VOIDING AUTHORIZATIONS FOR THE ISSUANCE OF SEVERANCE TAX BONDS FOR CERTAIN CAPITAL PROJECTS;".

    2. On page 1, line 24 through page 28, line 14, strike Sections 1 and 2 in their entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

    4. On page 35, line 6, strike "4 and 5" and insert in lieu thereof "2 and 3".

    5. On page 35, line 8, strike "6" and insert in lieu thereof "4".

    6. On page 36, line 24, strike "9" and insert in lieu thereof "7".

    7. On page 37, line 25 through page 38, line 7, strike Section 9 in its entirety.

    8. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
