has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 16, after "of", insert "an electronic communication or recording device or".

    2. On page 3, lines 17 and 18, remove the brackets and line-through, strike "documented" and on line 18, after "deficiencies", insert ", or another condition that requires the use of the device,".

    3. On page 4, line 25, after "of", insert "an electronic communication or recording device or".

    4. On page 5, line 1, after "prisoners", insert "who have hearing or speech deficiencies, or another condition that requires the use of the device,".
