SENATE BILL 79

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 10, strike ", casualty or title" and insert in lieu thereof "or casualty".

    2. On page 4, lines 10 through 12, strike "or a nonprofit health care or prepaid dental plan or other insurance-type organization,".

    3. On page 4, line 12, strike "an" and insert in lieu thereof "a property or casualty".

    4. On page 4, line 13, after "representative", insert "thereof".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
