AN ACT
RELATING TO STATE PARKS; PROVIDING FOR A FREE PASS TO STATE PARKS FOR RESIDENTS OF NEW MEXICO WHO ARE SIXTY-FIVE YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
SECTION 1. [NEW MATERIAL] STATE PARKS--FREE PASS--RESIDENTS SIXTY-FIVE YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.--The state parks division of the energy, minerals and natural resources department shall provide for a free pass for unlimited entry into state parks or recreation areas operated by the division to New Mexico residents who are sixty-five years of age or older.
