SENATE BILL 60, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike Senate Judiciary Committee Amendments 1, 2 and 3.

     2. On page 20, line 25, strike "in".

     3. On page 21, line 1, strike "good faith" and insert in lieu thereof "with reasonable care".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
