has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 23, strike "wearing" and insert in lieu thereof "using".

    2. On page 5, line 2, after the comma, insert "the operator is wearing".

    3. On page 5, line 4, after "sections", insert "of the Motor Vehicle Code".

    4. On page 5, line 8, after "requirements", insert "and penalties".
