SENATE BILL 30

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 16, strike "their own" and insert in lieu thereof "the".

    2. On page 4, line 16, after "index", insert "of the school district in which the charter school is geographically located".

    3. On page 10, line 21, strike "sixty" and insert in lieu thereof "fifty".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
