SENATE BILL 12, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike all senate conservation committee amendments.

    2. On page 1, line 14, strike "MAKING AN APPROPRIATION" and insert in lieu thereof "CREATING A COMMISSION".

    3. On page 1, line 22, after "Article", insert "2 or".

    4. On page 5, line 7, after "employed", insert "full time".

    5. On page 8, line 1, strike "appropriated" and insert in lieu thereof "subject to appropriation by the legislature".
