has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 17, strike "SUBSIDIZED".

     2. On page 1, line 18, after "EXCHANGE", insert "OR THE COMMERCIAL INSURANCE MARKET".

     3. On page 2, line 13, after "of", remove the brackets and line-through.

     4. On page 2, line 19, after "state", insert ", but shall not include the number of medicaid enrollees".

     5. On page 8, line 5, after "is", strike the remainder of the line.

     6. On page 8, line 7, after "exchange", insert "or commercial insurance market".,

and thence referred to the HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE.
