HOUSE BILL 239

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 4, strike "and".

     2. On page 3, line 8, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and

          (7) loan shall not be made to a person pursuant to this section until all loans made to that person pursuant to this section have been repaid in full.".
