has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 12 and 13, strike "instructional support and".

     2. On page 2, lines 15 through 17, remove the brackets and line-through and strike "secretary of workforce solutions or the secretary's designee".

     3. On page 2, lines 18 and 19, remove the brackets and line-through and strike "secretary of".,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
