has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 10, after "and", insert "either".

     2. On page 4, line 7, after "ratings", insert "in the teacher's most recent final evaluation".

     3. On page 4, line 7, strike "teaching" and insert in lieu thereof "having taught".

     4. On page 4, line 7, after "three", insert "consecutive".
