    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 45

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 16, strike "younger than ninety days old" and insert in lieu thereof "ninety days of age or less".

     2. On page 4, line 5, strike "younger than ninety days old at a hospital" and insert in lieu thereof "ninety days of age or less at a safe haven site".

     3. On page 4, line 7, strike "hospital" and insert in lieu thereof "safe haven site".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
