A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

ADOPTING LEGISLATIVE JOINT RULE 13-1 TO PROVIDE FOR THE DISCLOSURE OF CAPITAL OUTLAY ALLOCATIONS BY MEMBERS OF THE LEGISLATURE AND THE GOVERNOR.

     WHEREAS, Legislative Joint Rule 8-1 provides for the adoption, amendment or repeal of joint rules by concurrent resolution approved by two-thirds of the membership of each house;

     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING THEREIN, that the following new proposed Joint Rule 13-1 be adopted to read:

          "REPORT OF CAPITAL OUTLAY ALLOCATIONS (13-1)

A report of the funding allocated by each legislator or the governor to each project in a capital expenditures bill shall be published by the legislative council service within three days after the governor has acted on the bill.".
