AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE STATE PARKS DIVISION OF THE ENERGY, MINERALS AND NATURAL RESOURCES DEPARTMENT FOR THE CRITICAL NEEDS OF THE VIETNAM VETERANS MEMORIAL STATE PARK IN ANGEL FIRE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred eleven thousand five hundred dollars ($311,500) is appropriated from the general fund to the state parks division of the energy, minerals and natural resources department for expenditure in fiscal year 2017 for the critical needs of the Vietnam veterans memorial state park in Angel Fire. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2017 shall revert to the general fund.
