    1. On page 1, line 14, after "RECORDS", strike "; PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES".

    2. On page 4, line 21, after "expenses", insert ", including legal fees,".

    3. On page 24, strike lines 1 through 5 in their entirety and strike line 6 up to the closing quotation mark.

    4. On page 35, line 23, strike "15" and insert in lieu thereof "14".
