has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line, strike line 12 in its entirety and strike line 13 through the semicolon.

    2. On page 1, line 15, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 16 through 20 in their entirety and strike line 21 through the semicolon.

    3. On page 1, line 21, after "AMENDING", strike ", REPEALING".

    4. On page 4, lines 5 through 16, strike Subsections A and B in their entirety.

    5. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    6. On page 5, line 9 through page 7, line 18, strike Sections 3 through 6 in their entirety.,
