SENATE BILL 47

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "REQUIRING" and insert in lieu thereof "CLARIFYING".

    2. On page 1, line 13, after "OR", insert "A".

    3. On page 1, line 13, strike "SHALL NOT BE" and insert in lieu thereof "IS NOT".

    4. On page 1, lines 22 and 23, strike "Except as provided in Subsection C of this section, all" and insert in lieu thereof "All".

    5. On page 3, lines 8 through 10, strike "to the utility generating, transmitting or distributing electric power".

    6. On page 3, line 12, before the period, insert "; "tangible property cost" excludes the cost of property contributed to, or acquired or constructed with funds contributed to, a utility by a customer or potential customer for the expansion, improvement or replacement of service or a facility of the utility".

    7. On page 3, strike lines 13 through 20 in their entirety.

    8. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    9. On pages 4 and 5, strike Section 2 in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
