Mr. President:

    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 19

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On pages 6 and 7, strike Paragraph (1) in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

             "(1) "critical infrastructure" means property, equipment and related support facilities that service multiple customers or residents, including real and personal property such as buildings, offices, lines, poles, pipes, structures and equipment that is owned or used by:

                  (a) communications networks;

                  (b) electric generation, transmission and distribution systems;

                  (c) natural gas and natural gas liquids gathering, processing, storage, transmission and distribution systems;

                  (d) crude oil and refined product pipelines; and

                  (e) water pipelines;".

    2. On page 9, strike lines 13 through 21 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

             "(1) "critical infrastructure" means property, equipment and related support facilities that service multiple customers or residents, including real and personal property such as buildings, offices, lines, poles, pipes, structures and equipment that is owned or used by:

                  (a) communications networks;

                  (b) electric generation, transmission and distribution systems;

                  (c) natural gas and natural gas liquids gathering, processing, storage, transmission and distribution systems;

                  (d) crude oil and refined product pipelines; and

                  (e) water pipelines;".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
