    1. On page 7, line 2, strike “may” and insert in lieu thereof “shall”.

    2. On page 8, line 14, after “wells”, insert “, and provide for public notice and comment, and opportunity for hearing”.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
