    2. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

    3. On page 2, line 22, after "Code", insert ", except those pursuant to Section 66-8-102 NMSA 1978".

    4. On page 2, line 24, strike "(7)" and insert in lieu thereof "(6)".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
