AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO CONSTRUCT A BRIDGE ON SOUTHERN PUEBLO ROUTE 85 SPANNING PERALTA CREEK.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two million eight hundred thousand dollars ($2,800,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of transportation for expenditure in fiscal years 2016 through 2021 to construct a bridge on southern pueblo route 85 spanning Peralta creek. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2021 shall revert to the general fund.
