has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 15, strike "PENALTY" and strike line 16 in its entirety.

    2. On page 1, line 17, before the period, insert "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

    3. On page 6, line 11, after "a", strike the remainder of the line and on line 12, strike "violation, petty misdemeanor,".

    4. On page 6, line 18, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    5. On page 6, lines 19 and 20, strike "petty misdemeanor or".

    6. On page 6, line 21, strike "; and" and insert in lieu thereof a period and strike lines 22 through 24 in their entirety.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
