    1. On page 2, lines 9 through 12, strike the beginning bracket and remove the line-through.

    2. On page 2, line 13, remove the line-through and strike the ending bracket.

    3. On page 2, lines 16 through 19, strike the brackets and remove the line-through.,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
