has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On pages 69 through 71, strike Section 17 in its entirety.
2. On page 100, line 3, strike "medicaid" and insert in lieu thereof "safety net care pool".
3. On page 131, lines 20 through 25, remove the brackets and line through and strike the underscored language.
4. On page 132, lines 1 through 14, remove the brackets and line through and strike the underscored language, and on line 16, remove the brackets and line through "(20)" and strike "(19)".
5. On page 186, strike lines 13 and 14 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "than or equal to twenty-five hundredths percent shall not be subject to referendum.".
6. On page 189, strike line 8 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "equal to twenty-five hundredths".
7. On page 218, line 22, strike "98" and insert in lieu thereof "97".
8. On page 220, line 22, after "through", insert "7-9-13.5, 7-9-15 through".
9. On page 221, line 7, strike "7" and insert in lieu thereof "8".
10. On page 226, line 19, after "through", insert "7-2-5.2, 7-2-5.6 through".
11. On page 226, lines 22 and 23, strike "Laws 1995, Chapter 42, Section 1;".
12. On page 227, line 21, strike "44 and 45" and inert in lieu thereof "43 and 44".
13. On page 227, line 25, strike "97" and insert in lieu thereof "96".
14. Renumber sections to correspond with these amendments.,
and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
