    1. On page 1, line 11, after "THE", insert "BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES DIVISION OF THE HUMAN SERVICES" and after "DEPARTMENT", strike "OF HEALTH".

    2. On page 1, line 18, before "department", insert "the behavioral health services division of the human services" and after "department", strike "of health".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
