SENATE BILL 268

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "CHANGING THE LICENSE PERIOD TO FIVE YEARS;".

    2. On page 2, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

    4. On page 5, line 3, strike "CONFIDENTIALITY--".

    5. On page 5, line 4, strike "REFRESHER FIREARMS TRAINING COURSE" and insert in lieu thereof "LOST OR STOLEN LICENSE".

    6. On page 5, lines 24 and 25, remove the brackets and line through "a color photograph" and strike "two current photographs, in color,".

    7. On page 6, lines 22 and 23, strike "required pursuant to this subsection".

    8. On page 6, line 25, before the colon, insert "up to ninety days prior to the expiration of the license".

    9. On page 7, line 8, before the period, insert "without requiring additional fingerprints".

    10. On page 7, line 9, strike "sixty" and insert in lieu thereof "ninety".

    11. On page 7, line 11, strike "sixty" and insert in lieu thereof "ninety".

    12. On page 7, lines 13 and 14, remove the brackets and line through "the Concealed Handgun Carry Act" and strike "Section

29-19-4 NMSA 1978".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
