SENATE BILL 248

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 10, strike "and".

    2. On page 2, line 13, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

    3. On page 2, between lines 13 and 14, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(3) the surviving spouse has remained unmarried since the time of the disabled veteran's death.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
