FOR THE LEGISLATIVE HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE

AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO TO SUPPORT THE PAIN MANAGEMENT CENTER AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One million one hundred thousand dollars ($1,100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2016 to support the pain management center at the university of New Mexico. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2016 shall revert to the general fund.
