     1. On page 1, line 19, strike "year" and insert in lieu thereof "years".

     2. On page 1, line 19, after "2016", insert "through 2018".

     3. On page 1, line 22, strike "2016" and insert in lieu thereof "2018".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
