    Your SAFETY AND CIVIL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 284

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "RETURN-TO-WORK" and insert in lieu thereof "DEFERRED RETIREMENT OPTION PLANS OR SIMILAR POST-RETIREMENT PLANS".

     2. On page 1, line 19, strike "return-to-work" and insert in lieu thereof "deferred retirement option plans or similar post-retirement plans".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
