HOUSE BILL 178

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 15, strike “shall promulgate rules” and insert in lieu thereof “districts may choose” and on line 17, strike “a maximum of 1.0", and insert in lieu thereof “additional weight”.,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT COMMITTEE.
