has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike House Appropriations and Finance Committee Amendment 1.

    2. On page 3, line 8, after "data", insert "as described in Subsection J of this section".

    3. On page 8, line 7, after "evidence-based", insert a comma and after "research", insert a hyphen. 

    4. On page 8, line 8, after "based", strike "on" and insert in lieu thereof "or".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
