HOUSE BILL 84

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 5, line 20, after "by", strike the remainder of the line.

     2. On page 5, strike line 21 in its entirety.

     3. On page 5, line 22, strike "the American osteopathic association" and insert in lieu thereof "a national accrediting organization approved by the federal centers for medicare and medicaid services or the department".

     4. On page 5, line 24, after "that", insert "has been inspected and licensed by the department and".

     5. On page 6, line 2, after "by", strike the remainder of the line.

     6. On page 6, strike line 3 in its entirety.

     7. On page 6, line 4, strike "or by the American osteopathic association" and insert in lieu thereof "an approved accrediting body".

and thence referred to the HEALTH COMMITTEE.
