    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE JOINT MEMORIAL 3, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 14, strike "ten" and insert in lieu thereof "five".

    2. On page 2, line 14, after the second "the", strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 15 and insert in lieu thereof "placement stability data collected by the children, youth and families department;".

    3. On page 2, line 23, strike "ten" and insert in lieu thereof "five".

    4. On page 3, line 5, after "2014", insert ", including an identification of any information that is not provided for lack of data".
