has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 5, line 25, after the subsection designation "G.", strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "representatives from community banking".

     2. On page 6, line 1, strike "New Mexico or" and insert in lieu thereof "and".

     3. On page 6, line 1, before the semicolon, insert "and other interested mortgage industry stakeholders".
