AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO NORTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE SCHOOL FOR SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty-five thousand dollars ($85,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of northern New Mexico state school for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to purchase instructional and classroom supplies and equipment. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
