    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

 

SENATE BILL 84

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. On page 3, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following new section:

 

     "SECTION 3. REPEAL.--Laws 2010, Chapter 7, Section 4 is repealed.".,

 

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
