    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 74

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 12, through page 4, line 19, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

    2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

    3. On page 4, line 21, through page 6, line 7, strike Subsection A in its entirety and on line 8, strike the subsection designation "B." and insert in lieu thereof:

    "Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 for development and implementation of a statewide community-based adult fall risk awareness and prevention program.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
