has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 9, strike "single internet" and insert in lieu thereof "centralized".

    2. On page 2, line 11, after "with", insert "access or".

    3. On page 2, line 16, strike "create the architecture and" and insert in lieu thereof "provide the framework and define".

    4. On page 2, line 25, strike "have" and insert in lieu thereof "facilitate or provide".

    5. On page 3, line 5, strike "filing and renewal".

    6. On page 4, line 8, strike "implement the architecture" and insert in lieu thereof "support the framework".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
