    1. On page 1, line 12, after "INTERNATIONAL", insert "AND NONRESIDENT".

    2. On page 1, line 13, after "COMPUTER SCIENCE", insert ", HEALTH".

    3. On page 1, line 14, strike "AND" and insert in lieu thereof "OR".

    4. On page 2, line 4, after "computer science", insert ", health".

    5. On page 2, line 7, strike "citizen of the United States" and insert in lieu thereof "resident of New Mexico".

    6. On page 2, line 9, after "university", insert "beginning in the 2014-2015 academic year and in subsequent years".

    7. On page 3, line 2, strike "resides" and insert in lieu thereof "will reside".

    8. On page 4, line 14, after "students", insert "who are not citizens of the United States".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
