    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 19, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike House Education Committee Amendment 4.

    2. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike “; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION”.

    3. On page 3, strike Section 2 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new section:

    “SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of Section 1 of this act is July 1, 2015.”.
