has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 11, strike "LEGISLATIVE EDUCATION STUDY COMMITTEE" and insert in lieu thereof "HIGHER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT".

     2. On page 2, line 20, strike "legislative" and on line 21, strike "education study committee" and insert in lieu thereof "higher education department".

     3. On page 3, line 1, strike "legislative education" and on line 2 strike "study committee" and insert in lieu thereof "higher education department".

     4. On page 3, line 8, strike "legislative" and on line 9, strike "education study committee" and insert in lieu thereof "higher education department".

     5. On page 3, line 14, strike "legislative education study committee" and insert in lieu thereof "higher education department".

     6. On page 3, line 18, after "committee", insert "and the legislative education study committee".
