SENATE BILL 577

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 17, strike "any application for a" and insert in lieu thereof "all records related to any".

    2. On page 2, line 18, strike "after being submitted by", strike line 19 in its entirety and on line 20 strike "personal representative".

    3. On page 4, line 6, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    4. On page 4, strike lines 7 through 9 in their entirety.

    5. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.

    6. On page 5, line 2, strike "and", and on line 3, strike "pass".

    7. On page 5, line 11, after "to", insert "establish qualifications and".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
