    1. On page 1, line 24, after "B.", strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "Telecommunications".

    2. On page 1, line 25, after "access", insert "shall be provided".

    3. On page 2, line 8, strike "proposals" and insert in lieu thereof "information".

    4. On page 2, line 14, before "public", insert "department of information technology, the".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
