Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
SENATE BILL 203, as amended
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, line 13, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line and strike line 14 through the semicolon.
2. On page 2, line 8, after supervision, insert "on at least fifteen minute intervals".
3. On page 2, line 8, after "shall be", strike the remainder of line, strike lines 9 and 10 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "removed from secure hold and placed in a non-secure setting.".
4. On page 13, strike lines 1 through 5 in their entirety.
5. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
