    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 19

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "SIXTH" and insert in lieu thereof "PRE-KINDERGARTEN".

    2. On page 1, line 13, after "STUDENTS", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 14 through "DEPARTMENT".

    3. On page 1, strike lines 21 through 25 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "services for students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade that are provided by school-based behavioral health centers that meet the quality behavioral health supports standards and benchmarks established by the department.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
