HOUSE BILL 556

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 21, strike "a minor child" and insert in lieu thereof "under the age of eighteen years".

     2. On page 2, line 2, after "person", insert "under the age of eighteen years".

     3. On page 2, line 7, after "person", insert "under the age of eighteen years".

     4. On page 2, line 11, after "person", insert "under the age of eighteen years".

     5. On page 2, line 17, after "crime", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 18 up to the period.
