SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number 1 to HOUSE BILL 542

AMENDMENT sponsored by SENATOR McSORLEY

     1. On page 3, line 8, after "INITIATIVES--", insert "ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS--".

     2. On Page 3, between lines 10 and 11, insert the following new subsection:

          "A. A school district shall bear any administrative costs associated with the establishment and implementation of a community school within the school district.".

     3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
