HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 373, as amended

    1. On page 2, line 25, after the period, insert:

"Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 60-2C-4 NMSA 1978, a full or partial refund of a permit issued pursuant to the Fireworks Licensing and Safety Act shall be given when a ban is in effect for all or part of the fireworks selling period.".

    2. On page 4, line 14, after the period, insert:

"Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 60-2C-4 NMSA 1978, a full or partial refund of a permit issued pursuant to the Fireworks Licensing and Safety Act shall be given when a ban is in effect for all or part of the fireworks selling period.".
